Thank you, dear Cecily. This is picture from last winter. I don't think I'll get such image soon, because the flood destroyed trees in this area. A lot of places from my pictures had totaly changed in just few years - I wasn't aware of this fact that some things change very quickly (flood, fire, avalanche, earthquake).

Whoa, the effect of climate change is no kidding! :(

I wouldn't blame only the climate change, I think greediness of the people is the worse reason.

Yes, greediness of the people is the major contributor to the climate change!

Just a small example - for centuries people didn't build houses on wetland areas - now they do. And they're angry and said when their homes are flooded at least once or twice a year. Sometimes I really don't understand the ignorance of both: sellers and buyers.
The river Drava has a lot of hydroelectric power plants, in fact Fala HPP construction began in 1913 and this is the oldest power plant on the Slovenian section of the Drava River. Almost 100 years later this river flooded the area, because in 21. century people in 3 different countries couldn't take decisions when to empty water from the reservoirs.

I hear you, Suzana, and sorry about the situation. Every country has its own problem, but at least we are not the most unfortunately ones that are in the middle of a civil war. :highfive:

You're right, Cecily. But we should change our life for the better, not for the worse. Sorry, I am always such daydreamer
