Is this a castle of the former Austrian monarchy? Ist das Schloss ein Relikt der K&K Monarchie?

Thanks for the link. I read Florentine style in a wing. Did you visit the castle inside.

I did years ago when it was restored and open to public. It was also possible to use one hall for weddings. And the garden in front of mansion on the small island was also restored. Later the government gave the mansion back to the previous owner - RCC (denationalisation). Church started with EU-funded renovation which has stopped and is also fraud suspected from the moment when the building company bankrupt. I am very said that they've destroyed things and left unfinished for who nows how long.

Its a pitty and good you have at least a fine document of the building.
The bankrupt after privatization is another example that market does not help where it is uncontrolled like banks.

Yes, I saw this mansion before first renovation, and also in its best years :) It still looks good from distance, but it really needs good and wealthy owner.

It is the responsibility of the owner which is missing. If an owner has not the money to care he should be honest to give the ownership to community.
